1948 Chrysler Town & Country convertible, which is simply spectacular in every
measurable way. Recently added to the CCCA’s list of Full Classics, the eight-cylinder Town and Country convertible is perhaps the best-known woody of all. This car was given a top-quality frame-off restoration several years ago and used only sparingly since. The wood is very well finished, and the interior is first class all the way. Chrysler’s big straight-8 with the unique Fluid Drive transmission makes for an effortless cruiser that is welcome at all the big events.
